Custom Gown Add-On Fee

Custom gown fee THIS LISTING IS NOT FOR PURCHASE OF TANGIBLE GOODS. Add this to your order of our labor and birthing gown AFTER contacting our shop about creating a custom gown We cannot accommodate all requests for a custom birth gown. Dramatic alterations to the style and functionality of the gown may not be possible. We will show preference to customers who’s body type cannot be accommodated by our three ready-made sizes. Please ensure you have ready sizing details in the description of our gown listing before requesting a custom gown. Our full-size gowns fit up to a size 26. Please provide measurements previously discussed with shop owner to customization box. Examples of customization we can do: Alternate sizing to fit provided measurements Changes to the length of the gown Changes to the length of sleeves Custom color Change hardware (buttons, adjustable pieces) Examples of customizations we CANNOT do: Major changes to the design of the gown (i.e.no open back, a jumpsuit instead of a gown) Adding embroidery, sequins, appliques etc Custom gowns require us to grade a new pattern, acquire new fabric, materials, etc. and they require a lot more time and energy to make. So expect a custom gown to take 2 months to produce.
